Our Story
Duo Arms was founded in Sweida, Syria by Amr Jahjah and Amara Darwich. It started from a simple observation: most digital projects stall because engineering and design happen in two different places, and time is lost translating between them.
So we built it on a single principle: two partners who work on everything together, rather than a development team handing over to a design team. We both write the code, build the interfaces and shape the visual identity, so nothing is lost translating between two sides. That is what our mark means: multiple arms, one purpose. The result is that you get the whole product from one place — the app, the website, the API, the brand identity and the promo video.
Today we work across three disciplines: mobile apps, web sites and applications, and graphic design with montage. Our products are not demos — Authoria is a publishing platform running as a mobile app, a website and an API we host, and ELK Delivery runs the daily operation of a real courier business in Sweida.
We are based in Syria and work from here, and we believe where a team sits does not cap the quality of what it ships.
